There are no logos here, no testimonials, no case studies. Each one would have been paid for with a client's confidentiality, and that is not our currency to spend.
The record of our work exists. It sits in files that carry our clients' names, which is exactly why it does not sit here.
THE PROOF
A risk is universal. Describing one names nobody, and recognizing a company's own case in it costs nobody their confidentiality.
So the proof here is of a different kind. Named documents, a verification standard with three verdicts, legal frames chosen for what they can enforce, and a documented file behind every engagement.
Nothing here asks to be believed. It asks to be checked.
PRACTICE ONE
Where the goods, the tooling and the terms actually sit, and who controls them on paper. Three findings from this register.
Product tooling sits inside a supplier's plant and no document says when it comes back. Diversification stays theoretical until it does, and the switch planned in months takes seasons.
Years of uninterrupted deliveries read as stability, which is why concentration is invisible where the relationship works best. One border closure interrupts the majority of inbound goods at once.
The unit price is negotiated to the last decimal and the terms are signed as printed. The company then borrows from its bank the exact liquidity its suppliers would have granted for the asking.

The results of our work cannot be published. The apparatus that produces them can be published in full, and can be held against us.
PERSPECTIVES
Where the substance is a question of law or of practice rather than of a client's business, it can be written down. These are questions our files have forced us to settle.
STANDING
The professionals who conduct our engagements have practiced across borders for more than thirty years. The structure that organizes their work has existed for about ten. We keep the two numbers apart, because they measure different things.
Nobody is named on this page either. The discipline that keeps our clients off this site keeps us off it too.
CONTACT
A first conversation is bounded and we say so at the start. It states the problems we can already identify, the risks visible in the current position, the method, and the professionals it would take.
It does not deliver the operative design. Jurisdictions, entities, flows and the sequence of steps are the work, and they follow verification and a signed engagement.
